Warranty & Return Information
Please be serious with your purchase...
Due to the nature of U.S. consumers and Airsoft / hobby related products, we must specify here that besides what our warranty covers, all sales are final. Absolutely no "check it out orders" will be allowed. Airsoft products are hobby items and we do not sell used items unless otherwise specified. Please help us keep our pricing low.

  • Please inspect all contents of your package immediately after its arrival. If your package arrived damaged, please contact customer service immediately. All of the components are inspected and packaged to the best of our ability.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be serious with your purchase. We do offer warranty on our products unless otherwise specified. Please refer to details below for coverage.

  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued before shipping the item back to us. Please refer to the rest of this page for information. AN ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT RMA# WILL BE REFUSED OR DISCARDED.

  • We warranty all products to be free of manufacture defect for up to 14 days of purchase. Warranty covers free repair or exchange of a manufacture defective item.

  • Warranty voids if the product is abused, altered, damaged, not in original brand new condition and packaging, over the warranty period, not valid for warranty and/or without original order receipt. Warranty does not cover improper assembly and damages caused by improper general use will also void all warranties. Please be careful and find out all usage information from one of our staff if you are not sure. Be responsible for your purchase.

  • Buyer is responsible for returning the goods to FreedomeTrainerTarget.com for any warranty services approved with a RMA#. If the product is a factory defective within warranty period, our return department will include reimbursements and cover your returning shipping fees when returning the repaired/replaced item back to you. If the product is returned with false claim (our technician declared the item not a factory defective, see below), buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and processing fees.

  • Exceptions for returns on brand new and unused items are subject to management approval. A minimum 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges will apply in these cases.

We have replacement parts available, but we do not offer "refunds", "exchanges", and "check it out" orders. We do so to prevent fraud and to keep our pricing low for you. TO OBTAIN AN RMA# FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT:

  1. You must obtain and RMA# before shipping any item back to FreedomTrainerTarget.com. AN ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT RMA# WILL BE REFUSED OR DISCARDED because it does not have proper receiving documents. If you accidentally ship an item back to us without an RMA #, you will assume full responsibility for any dealing with the 3rd party shipping company used.

  2. Please complete the following RMA # request form. Email it us at: RMA@FreedomTrainerTarget.com. Please give us 2-3 business days to process and review your return request. Before doing so, please read and fully understand the warranty information at the end of this page.

  3. Once your RMA# is issued to you, please attach a copy of this form with the RMA# along with your returning package and ship it to the address specified with the approved RMA#.

Waiver: All reason for return must be 100% true as stated above by you, the customer. Any false claim* will result in additional shipping, storage and processing fee which will be automatically billed to the customer's billing info from the previous order if we cannot reach you within 24 business hours. Customers will also accept the diagnosis and decision of the FreedomTrainerTarget.com regarding their RMA. All discrepancy will be resolved directly with FreedomTrainerTarget.com without third party involvement. *All items we carry are brand new unless otherwise specified. False claims will be reported as a fraud and prosecuted to the fullest extent. Law enforcements may be dispatched for all fraudulent acts. The goods associated to any false claim will be destroyed immediately. Our products are examined by us and labeled before shipping to prevent any false claims.

**All return package must be returned (post marked) within 30 days after the RMA number is issued.
RMA number will be void 30 days after it is issued. Check your spam block if your email security
level is set to be too high. All RMA number and instruction will be emailed to you.

 

 


Shipping Information

Most orders usually ship within 24 hours if placed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri by 12:00pm EST).

*UPS orders may ship with signed delivery confirmation required.*

Card holder must sign for package delivery.We have dedicated and experienced staff ready and waiting to check and safely ship your order the same day you place it! There are some exceptions, but we boast that 99% of all orders received before 12:00pm EST Mon-Fri ship the very same day. Most orders are checked, boxed and shipped within minutes. And we always email you with a UPS tracking number.We stock all of the items we sell (no drop shipping) and we do not take back orders.

Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will ship the next business day.

Orders placed Friday afternoon thru Sunday evening, typically ship on Monday.

Most deliveries should be received within 2-5 business days via standard UPS Ground Service, depending on your location. See UPS Shipping Map (above) for more information.Most deliveries to locations near MI may only take 1-2 days with standard Ground service. We do offer several UPS shipping options if you need your order faster.

Help Us Ship Your Order*
We strongly recommend that all orders are shipping to the verified billing address that is on file with your credit card company.
Any order not shipping to a verified billing address may be delayed. FreedomTrainer is not liable nor responsible for delays and will not refund any fees if this occurs. It is best to ship your order to the exact same address where you receive your credit card statements. It is also highly recommended that you provide us with the exact billing phone number which your credit card company has "on file" for you. This is usually a land-line (not a cell phone). Providing any other, non-verifiable, phone number may delay or void the shipping process.

Need Your Gear Fast ?
We also offer several UPS shipping options - such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Please be aware that orders placed late in the evening (EST) may not go out the same day. UPS cutoff time is 3:30pm EST. Any orders placed after this time may not ship until the following business day.

UPS does not consider weekends (Sat / Sun) as countable shipping days.
UPS does not consider the day the order is placed as a countable shipping day.
UPS does not consider holidays as countable shipping days.

For example:
1) Orders placed on Friday before 3:30pm EST, shipping by Next Day Air, will arrive on the following Monday (not Saturday). If placed after 3:30pm EST order will arrive the following Tuesday. 2) Orders placed on Thursday before 3:30pm EST, shipping by 2nd Day Air, will arrive on the following Monday (not Saturday). If placed after 3:30pm EST order will not arrive until following Tuesday.3) Orders placed on Wednesday before 3:30pm EST, shipping by 3 Day Select, will arrive on the following Monday (not Saturday). If placed after 3:30pm EST order will arrive following Tuesday.Again, to expedite your shipping, please make sure that you are shipping to your verified billing address. Holidays & Weekends
No orders will ship on Holidays or Weekends.

LiabilityFreedomTrainer will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay on the part of the shipping company.

UPS vs USPS
FreedomTrainer ships via UPS. Select items may be shipped by US Postal Service at your request. Any item(s) shipped by US Postal Service will not have a tracking number and will carry no form of insurance. Any damage or loss of orders shipped by US Postal Service is the responsibility of the customer and FreedomTrainer assumes no liability in any form. If you want your order to ship via US Postal Service, you must contact us before you place your order to make arrangements.

Upon Receipt of Your Shipment
* Please inspect your boxes carefully before accepting delivery. If there is any evidence of damage, immediately notify the driver. If boxes appear to be damaged, it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise, in the presence of the driver, or inform the driver that you wish to Refuse Delivery. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help. If you refuse delivery, the item(s) will ship back to FreedomTrainer, at our expense. Upon arrival, we will inspect the shipping box as well as the items. If we determine any damage, we will ship a new box to you. If, upon inspection, we determine there to be no evidence of damage, it is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges back to you. If the item(s) are requested to be "returned" by you, then a 20% fee will apply in addition to all shipping costs. Fees
Any order cancelled after it has been placed, but before it has shipped, will encounter a 10% fee.Any order cancelled or returned or refused after is has shipped will encounter a 20% fee plus all shipping costs.
